To qualify to come along, you MUST fulfil four criteria
  • You must already run a retail store and have one or more sales staff. In other words you must be a ‘bricks and mortar’ retailer who is currently operating.
  • You must be willing to learn and take action on what you learn.
  • You must have a business turnover of at least £100,000 per annum.

 And the final criteria – you’re frustrated by a lack of sales or are hungry for more success. Perhaps…

  • You find yourself struggling to drive customers into your business and what you’re doing today just isn’t working.
  • It’s proving difficult to grow sales in the current climate and you can’t engage your staff in delivering the critical sales numbers.
  • You can’t take a holiday as the sales would fall too much.
  • You’re unsure of how to track and move the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are critical to the current and future growth of your business. So you can’t easily improve sales.
