Business: Fatlip costume jewellery & fashion accessories shop in the Regent Arcade, Cheltenham.
Reason for Sale: We are unable to commit enough time to the shop due to commitments to another shop and wholesale business.
Details: The shop was opened in November 2009, had a successful Christmas trading period and has begun to build a loyal customer base. We have done some local advertising and are currently renting the display showcase situated at the centre entrance on the High Street for a month to increase awareness.
Price: We want to recover our costs for fitting out the shop and so the goodwill, fixtures & fittings are up for sale for £10,000. The stock is available for up to £10,000.
Lease: The current 6 month licence finishes on 7 May 2010. A new 6 month licence can be arranged or a longer term lease can be negotiated.
