The GA is looking for ‘talent scouts’ at Spring Fair International
The Giftware Association is again looking for ‘talent scouts’ at Spring Fair who will alert it to products worthy of inclusion in the Gift of the Year 2010 competition.
Fashion Accessories is renamed Fashion Jewellery and Accessories to encourage more jewellery companies to enter, while the other categories remain the same.
They are as follows: Collect It!; Home Accessories; Card & Wrap; Body, Mind & Soul; Fashion Jewellery & Accessories; Kitchen & Dining; Under £10; Kids; Branded/Character; Made in UK; Hot Novelty; Eco Friendly; Outdoor Living; Premium/Luxury; Stationery and Occasions.
Products launched from July 2009 are eligible. Entering costs £30 + VAT for GA members and £45 + VAT for non-members. Each additional entry is charged at £25 + VAT for GA members or £40 + VAT for non-members. All companies entering must have a UK based office. Key dates: April 8, entry deadline; April 13-May 4 (first round judging of online entries by panel); May 7 (call forward of shortlisted product samples and all Card & Wrap entries); May 27 (second round judging takes place at The Giftware Association HQ, Federation House, Birmingham).
